Annette Snider is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Masters in Social Work Degree from University of Arkansas Little Rock. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help individuals and families manage stress and anxiety. Annette feels it is easy to become overwhelmed and anxious in our busy lives today. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness we can change thoughts and behaviors to create a calm life-style.
Annette has over 30 years of experience working with adults and adolescents, substance abuse and trauma victims. She has worked in hospital settings, outpatient and school-based settings. She can draw from her experiences working in different settings to bring knowledge to help others manage their difficulties and gain hope in living a peaceful life.
Annette continues to participate in ongoing educational activities but believes she learns most from her interactions with her clients. By working together, she hopes clients can learn to have a healthier happy life.
